where we eat

Working for a catering company means you get really spoiled, really fast.  Gone are the days where we could passively stop into a chain restaurant and enjoy ourselves.  Now we scrutinize menus, critique service and mentally calculate food product costs to see if we are getting a deal or simply getting dealed.

When we endorse a Houston restaurant, it means we really, really, really love it.  And we really, really, really love Benjy’s.  Whether we are sipping a cocktail on the upstairs patio of the Benjy’s on Washington, or savoring every bite of the crunchy chicken in the corner of the older (or shall we say more mature) location in Rice Village, we never leave unsatisfied.
