Merry, thanks for all the comments! So glad to see you are keeping up with the site! I wish I could make the braised beef short ribs, too! I am sure my dad and boyfriend would die for them…but…our chefs are very secretive. I guess they think of it as job security!

I love this event! The attention to detail is amazing. From the gorgeous scenery, to the creative decorations, it is beautiful and so unique!

1) Bday party at a funeral home?!?! Yicks!!! Very original – but I too would have been petrified
2) Rachael – AMAZING work with the party on the bridge…so unique, creative and absolutely gorgoeus!!! Can’t wait until I get to hire you…

I was just browsing and am truly amazed at the creativity of the decorating. This event must have been awesome! What a talented group you are! I would not hesitate to hire A Fare Extraordinaire just to see the magic you could perform. This is perfection!

amazing!!! not sure if this is the place to write my comment about the recent gala that i attended this weekend, but i will anyway!!! i attended morgan lerner’s bat mitzvah.. it was phenomenal: everything!! food, service, the places it was held.. rachel even found an earring that i lost (many thanks!)..

amidst all the exquisite food, the short ribs stand out as being the BEST i have ever had!!! not sure if you give out recipes?? if you do, i would love to have it.. if not, i will look forward to the next time i can enjoy it again at the next occasion..
